Born in Accra, Ghana, to a family with diverse international influences, K.O.G draws inspiration from artists like Tom Waits, Bob Marley, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, and George Clinton. Based in Sheffield, UK for over a decade, his music has graced stages worldwide, from Glastonbury to the Commonwealth Games, earning him the 2018 Young Commonwealth Performer award.

K.O.G is a prolific artist, serving as the lead vocalist for Onipa and K.O.G and the Zongo Brigade.
