Bleech 9:3

Bleech 9:3 are an Irish four-piece alternative-grunge band fronted by vocalist/guitarist Barry "Baz" Quinlan and guitarist Sam Duffy, who first met at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Dublin.

Their raw, emotionally honest songwriting draws on personal experiences of addiction, recovery, and loss.

They relocated to London in 2024 to launch the band, channelling their vulnerability into a powerful creative partnership.

Their debut single, "Ceiling," released in October 2025, brings heavy '90s alt-grunge riffs and atmospheric intensity to life, inspired by the memory of a friend lost during recovery.
